Placing an Order:
To start your order simply send me an email with the words “Begin My Order” followed by your name in the Subject line. In the body of the email copy the names/numbers under the images you’re interested in along with any relevant information like print size, display type, etc. I’ll review your email and get back to you promptly. For images that don’t have names/numbers yet send me screen shots.
Display Options:
From traditional matted and framed prints to stretched canvas to flush-mounted contemporary frameless pieces the options for printing and displaying your art are numerous. If you know what you want you’re already halfway there, if not we’ll figure it out together.
Pricing:
Fine Art image pricing is typically calculated on these four components: 1) an Artist Fee, 2) the Print Price, 3) Display cost (matting, framing, mounting, etc.) and 4) applicable Packing and Shipping costs. Refer to the Pricing Page for more details.
Turnaround Times:
I’ll begin by saying this is not a process you want to rush. There are decisions to be made and the process takes time.
Lead times vary depending on the fine art product you’re interested in. My printers typically require four-day turnarounds to ship paper and canvas prints once they receive my final digital file, eight to ten days for other products. Color testing images can double or triple that time. Shipping test prints to me and final prints to you also needs to be factored in.
Previously Printed Images: If I have printed your image with the printer before they will have the approved file on hand and your print should ship within four days. (If you’re looking to print the image on a different substrate adjustments may be required before it is approved for print which would add time to your order)
First-Time Images: If your image has not been printed before one or two color adjustments are typically required to bring the file within acceptable print parameters. Lead times for first-time print files typically range between 2 to 4 weeks.
Shipping: Standard ship times range between 2 to 4 days and can be accelerated if necessary.
