Fine Art image pricing is typically some combination of these four components:
1) Artist Fee, 2) Print Fee, 3) Display Fee (matting and framing, etc.) and 4) applicable Packing/Shipping fees.
My Artist Fees are constant across all print types and apply to ranges of print sizes (itemized below).
Print Fees are determined by the printer. They are calculated on the exact square inch coverage of each printed piece and are unique for each type of Fine Art print (paper, metal, mounted, etc.).
A Display Fee comes into play when you order Fine Art prints that your local frame shop will be matting and framing for you (sample image below) or a canvas print they’ll be stretching. Most other pieces fall under the Ready-to-Hang category meaning they are composite pieces and everything is built into the Print Fee (sample image below).
Packaging and Shipping costs vary and will be calculated during the ordering process.

ARTIST FEES:
$100 Applies to Fine Art prints ranging between 100 and 323 square inches.
Popular print sizes in this range include: 12” x 12” (144 sq in), 16” x 20” (320 sq in) & 10” x 30” (300 sq in)
$150 Applies to Fine Art prints ranging between 324 and 575 square inches.
Popular print sizes in this range include: 18” x 18” (324 sq in), 16” x 24” (384 sq in) & 12” x 36” (432 sq in)
$200 Applies to Fine Art prints ranging between 576 and 899 square inches.
Popular print sizes in this range include: 24” x 24” (576 sq in), 24” x 36” (864 sq in) & 16” x 48” (768 sq in)
$250 Applies to Fine Art prints ranging between 900 and 1295 square inches.
Popular print sizes in this range include: 30” x 30” (900 sq in), 32” x 40” (1280 sq in) & 20” x 60” (1200 sq in)
$300 Applies to Fine Art prints ranging between 1296 to 1763 square inches.
Popular print sizes in this range include: 36” x 36” (1296 sq in), 36” x 48” (1728 sq in) & 24” x 72” (1728 sq in)
$350 Applies to Fine Art prints ranging between 1764 and 2303 square inches
$400 Applies to Fine Art prints ranging between 2304 and 2915 square inches

(printed on brushed aluminum and sealed under a protective laminate)

The image below is an example of a matted and framed 12” x 12” Fine Art Print priced above at $125 before shipping then matting and framing by your local frame shop.
The image below is an example of a 24” x 24” Ready-to-Hang mounted, laminated “float” print. Apart from a natural wood edge this print is similar to the Gallery Mount Float Print referred to above and would price before shipping at $317.00 ($200 Artist Fee + $117 Print Fee).
